→ What is your return/exchange policy?

ENDO will gladly accept returns / exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Please refer to "How do I return/exchange an item?" below for specific instructions.

→ How do I return/exchange an item?

All returns/exchanges must be authorized by ENDO. Please send your request to endotactical@gmail.com with your order number and the specific items you would like to return/exchange.

Upon receipt of a confirmation email, VERY IMPORTANT --> send WITH TRACKING and provide ENDO the tracking number after shipment:

Make sure your full name or order number is included on a slip of paper inside the package so ENDO knows who it's from.

Merchandise must have original tags attached, and be unwashed and unused. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

ENDO will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.

In the case of a return, when your items are received ENDO will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. ENDO will normally process your return within three business days, but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.

→ What credit cards do you accept?

ENDO accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club

→ How do you charge sales tax?

There is no sales tax. ENDO TACTICAL INC. is based in Oregon, where it doesn't apply.

→ What if the item I want is sold out?

If the item you want is sold out, please add yourself to the notification list to be notified when it's back in stock.

→ I never got all the items in my order.  What gives?

As noted in the shipment email you got, orders with more than one item are often shipped out in multiple parts due to efficiency reasons.

There is no tracking on pins, patches, and stickers because they go out USPS letter mail. Expect those to be delivered within a two week window of the Friday mailing date.

You will only get the tracking number for the first package, but the remaining items will arrive within a day or two of the first shipment.  If you need the other tracking #'s feel free to email endotactical@gmail.com and ENDO will provide them.

→ What is your shipping policy?

Shipping to the USA (Including APO/FPO) is FREE, no gimmicks! Orders will be shipped via various methods such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on the order.

ENDO does not ship to multiple addresses per order. Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 12:00 noon PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

→ Do you ship internationally?

*BEWARE OF COUNTERFEITS ON AMAZON* - Only buy from seller ENDO TACTICAL INC. Amazon carries the t-shirts and does ship some of them internationally. Click through the Amazon links on the product pages, and place your order through them.

If you want to order directly from this site to an international address, or order a t-shirt Amazon does not shop internationally you'll have to use a mail forwarding service in the USA.

→ Do you ship to military service members stationed overseas?

Yes. ENDO ships both to FPO and APO addresses for free.

→ Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed and shipped from multiple warehouse locations around the USA.

→ Is this site secure?

ENDO uses Shopify which fully complies with all PCI requirements for e-commerce security. This means that any personal information given to ENDO is fully protected and will never be disclosed. Shopify utilizes the most up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques which ensures that during the ordering process your information is totally secure at all times.

To assist you in recognizing secure areas of the ENDO website, a small lock icon will appear on your browser. The location of this icon may vary depending on which browser you are using. When this icon is present and in the locked position, you will know that information on that page is secure from unauthorized use with advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

→ What is your policy on privacy?

ENDO respects your right to privacy. ENDO collects only the information necessary to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order.

ENDO will not sell or share your name or personal information.

ENDO utilizes browser "cookies." Cookies are used for basic non-sensitive information that is critical to shopping cart functionality. Cookies are not used for sensitive information such as a customer's name or billing information. All sensitive information is stored either in secure browser "sessions" or in the protected database.

T-Shirt Specific
→ Where are your t-shirts made?

ENDO uses American Apparel brand shirts which are made in the USA; specifically downtown Los Angeles, CA!

→ How do your t-shirts fit?

ENDO uses American Apparel brand tri-blend shirts which have a fashionable cut to them. If you like your shirts loose fitting, it is recommended that you order one size bigger than you normally would in a different brand. (Size Chart Here)

→ Why does it look like there are tiny specks of black or white in my t-shirt?

The shirts are supposed to have those. This is a feature of the American Apparel brand tri-blend shirts used, which give them that sought after vintage look.

→ Why does my brand new t-shirt have a bit of a smell?

Wash the t-shirt once and it will go away. This initial smell is a side effect of the no-feel environmentally friendly screen printing method used.
